Ally Hamilton for TedxSanta Monica. Ally is one of my favorite yoga instructors at Yogis Anonymous. She is such a beautiful person, inside and out. Her classes are always very positive and I leave feeling like I can take over the world.
I've found that most yoga instructors are absolutely gorgeous, and it starts on the inside. Once you switch your negative thinking to a positive, balanced life, it definitely shows up on the outside.
