This soups so simple, I'm not going to give any measurements. You can pretty much just throw stuff in and it will taste great!
Fry onion and garlic until brown.
Bring veggie stock or water to a boil (we use the water left over from cooking kale with mushrooms). When water is boiling, add onions, chopped broccoli and carrots, cubed yams/sweet potato and what ever else you want! Mushrooms would be perfect. When veggies are tender, you're done :)
